RSPB Summer Forth Seabird Cruises
Bookings are currently being taken for this summer's series of RSPB seabird cruises in the Firth of Forth. Back for another year, these popular trips on the historic MV Maid of the Forth depart from South Queensferry. During the 3 hour trip, people will be treated to close-up views of all the seabirds of the Inner Forth Islands - gannets, fulmars, eider ducks, kittiwakes, terns and of course the cheeky puffin.
Seals are usually spotted basking on the rocks, and there's a chance that dolphins and even whales might be around.
RSPB staff will be on hand to point out all of the wildlife, and you can even relax with a drink on board once you've had your fill of the stunning wildlife.
Tickets cost £12 for adults, £6 for children, or a family ticket (2 adults plus 2 children) costs £30.
Book early to avoid disappointment, by calling Angela Newton on 0131 311 6500, or emailingangela.newton@rspb.org.uk
